Your Role

  • Lead commercial strategy, product launches, and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives to drive successful market entry and business growth.
  • Develop and execute brand strategy, customer engagement, and HCP-focused commercial programs to enhance market impact.
  • Drive portfolio prioritization, lifecycle management, and commercial excellence initiatives to maximize product value and performance.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor, shaping business strategy, value realization, and transformation agendas

Your Profile

  • 10-16 years of experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences commercial functions, strategy consulting, or a combination of both.
  • Proven expertise in product launch strategy, GTM design, brand planning, and customer engagement models.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical commercial value chain, commercial excellence, and field force effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders, solve complex business challenges, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
