Skills & Experience

  • 3–7 years of experience in testing Ericsson products such as Charging, Billing, Order Care, Catalog Manager.
  • Experience with system processes, testing tools, and SDLC.
  • Knowledge of automation testing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute manual test cases for functional and non-functional scenarios.
  • Perform system, integration, and regression testing.
  • Log, track, and manage defects using test management tools.
  • Support customer application systems onsite or remotely.
  • Collaborate with customer and internal teams for quality delivery.
