Your Role

• We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the business process digitization and automation initiative. The role involves aligning project objectives with key stakeholders, developing comprehensive frameworks and policies, assessing current processes, and re-engineering workflows to enhance efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with Client’s strategic initiatives, including the Digital Transformation Strategy 2024–2033.
• Develop and implement a business process digitization and automation framework and related policies.
• Assess existing business processes, identify areas for re-engineering, and propose best practices for improvement.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digitization, including AI integration, and align them with organizational KPIs.
• Create an executive dashboard to track and present digitization and automation progress.
• Design a detailed implementation roadmap with actionable initiatives, budget estimates, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
