Job Description

• Design, implement, debug and maintain world-class user experiences and shareable components.
• Collaborate across Engineering teams to help them build and maintain accessible software - building tools, frameworks and defining processes.
• Implement dashboards to track and the state of our products' a11y compliance and enable data-driven decision and troubleshooting.
• Conduct internal assessment on WCAG 2.0 technical accessibility of NAB digital assets across the service (web, mobile, tablet).
• Define project-specific accessibility requirements.
• Assist designers and developers to address accessibility issues.
• Participate in brainstorms, discussions, and reviews of accessibility.
• Role model accessibility first mind set in design and development.
• Train and mentor team to improve productivity and quality.

Primary Skills

• Able to implement Accessibility Automation Tools
• Experience in AngularJS, and ReactJS.
• Application design and development.
• Design patterns.
• Expert in Software Engineering tools or equivalents such as: Jira, Confluence, Perfecto, SOAP UI, CA Lisa, SQL, Jmeter, Rest, GitHub, Jenkins.
