We are looking for a strategic thinker and results-oriented Marketing Transformation Consultant to partner with clients in assessing current marketing processes, tools, and workflows, and to recommend transformation roadmaps for media and content operations.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in media operations, MarTech, and Gen-AI-led automation.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the global marketing transformation pipeline, interfacing with key stakeholders and functions across the client organization. The focus of the role is to advance the transformation agenda, provide thought leadership, and deliver committed productivity efficiencies.
Role and Responsibilities
Identify automation and Gen-AI marketing transformation initiatives that drive growth and productivity. Evaluate and streamline marketing business processes to maximize efficiency. Lead the design and implementation of new marketing operating models between clients and agency services teams—including people, processes, technology, and governance—to meet desired business outcomes for long-term outsourcing engagements. Apply data-driven insights to optimize content performance, media investment, and customer engagement. Support optimization efforts of the implemented operating model and work directly with senior client leadership to roll out transformational changes. Lead implementation engagements for new marketing workflows, technologies, and/or agile ways of working. Co-create and shape capability strategies and plans across skills, processes, organization, people, culture, and technology to deliver measurable results. Serve as a marketing transformation subject-matter expert to ensure teams and processes operate at high standards, employ best practices, and maintain expertise. Act as a liaison with other functions to ensure business initiatives receive the appropriate focus. Serve as a consultant to business and marketing stakeholders to establish and implement repeatable blueprints for marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Client Relationship Management
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders for your work streams. Build strong working relationships with key client stakeholders and proactively address their needs. Respond to client requests in non-standard situations, exploring all possible solutions.
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification)
MBA preferred; Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years of experience in a Big Four consulting organization or a media agency. 3+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods and/or Telecom industries. 2+ years of experience defining strategic roadmaps and leading transformations within complex organizational environments. In-depth knowledge of content and creative marketing platforms, marketing automation platforms, marketing analytics tools, and other relevant MarTech solutions. MarTech implementation experience that has successfully streamlined processes. Proven track record of evolving the MarTech stack and integrating capabilities based on business priorities.
