Strategy & Transformation Senior Consultant

Capgemini Guatemala is looking for a business transformation consultant!
Key responsibilities:
Assessment & Analysis
- Conduct current state assessments of organizational structures, processes, and workforce composition using data-driven methodologies and benchmarking tools (e.g., Orgvue, Revelio Labs).Analyze operational inefficiencies, cost drivers, and technology adoption gaps to identify transformation opportunities.
- Perform detailed activity, competency, and skills analyses to inform future state design.
Global Process Design (BusinessOptix)
- Lead and facilitate global process design initiatives using BusinessOptix to map, model, and optimize end-to-end business processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to document, standardize, and harmonize processes across regions and business units.Utilize BusinessOptix to simulate process scenarios, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure alignment with the overall Target Operating Model.
- Integrate process models from BusinessOptix into broader TOM and digital twin frameworks for holistic transformation.
Design & Implementation
- Design future state Target Operating Models that align with client strategy, leveraging frameworks such as DGEM and ESOAR.Model and visualize organizational scenarios, including rightsizing, rightshoring, and digital twin creation.Develop business cases for transformation initiatives, quantifying impact on cost, productivity, and organizational health.Support transition planning, talent selection, and change management to ensure successful implementation.
Technology & Data Integration
- Integrate advanced analytics, agentic AI, and digital accelerators into operating model design and delivery.
- Utilize platforms like Orgvue and BusinessOptix for workforce and process modeling, scenario planning, and tracking transformation outcomes.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Collaborate with client leadership, functional tower leads, and transition teams to align on objectives and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions (e.g., ASE DesignShops) to drive stakeholder buy-in and co-create solutions.
- Monitor and report on value capture, progress against targets, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Job Description - Grade Specific
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of proven experience in operating model design, business transformation, or management consulting.Hands-on experience with global process design and process modeling tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, workforce modeling, and scenario planning.
- Familiarity with transformation methodologies and digital toolsUnderstanding of AI-driven transformation, digital twin concepts, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
