About the Role 

We are a finance transformation consulting firm that partners with CFOs and finance leadership teams to modernize finance functions, redesign operating models, and enable sustainable performance through process, technology, and people change. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a Manager, Digital Service Value Realization (DSVR) Business Transformation Manager, to play a critical role in leading client engagements, shaping solutions, and developing high-performing teams.

This role is ideal for an experienced consultant who brings a balance of operating model design, end-to-end finance process expertise, ERP/EPM implementation experience, and people-centric change leadership. You will work closely with clients to design and implement practical, scalable solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

 

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–6 years in management consulting or multinational environments, with progressive leadership in project delivery and client engagement
• Strong experience in finance transformation, including operating model design and system implementation
• Proven ability to design and implement Finance Target Operating Models (organization, governance, service delivery)
• Hands-on experience across key finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, Consolidation)
• Exposure to ERP/EPM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Sage)
• Solid project management and consulting skills, including stakeholder management and structured problem solving
• Experience supporting change management and adoption, not just solution design
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal abilities in fast-paced environments
• Demonstrates resilience, ownership, and results-driven mindset
• Willing to travel internationally as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP or similar certification is a plus
