Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery across artwork production, digital asset management (DAM), and innovation workflows for a major global client. This role combines delivery leadership, client management, operational governance, and team development, ensuring consistent, high‑quality output across regions while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
- Lead delivery of artwork, digital asset management, and innovation initiatives.
- Oversee end‑to‑end project workflows, ensuring on‑brand, high‑quality, and on‑time delivery.
- Establish delivery frameworks that promote standardization, automation, and scalable operations.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client.
- Translate client needs into actionable delivery plans and manage escalations.
- Conduct business reviews and present performance reports and improvement opportunities.
- Identify and support expansion opportunities across artwork, DAM, and innovation services.
Team & Operational Management
- Lead, coach, and develop global delivery teams across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure resource planning, capacity management, and productivity optimization.
- Guide teams on daily execution while maintaining brand alignment and quality standards.
- Provide clear expectations, feedback, and performance coaching.
Governance & Process Optimization
- Implement strong governance across artwork, DAM, and innovation pipelines.
- Ensure adherence to delivery SLAs, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain updated playbooks, SOPs, and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency through workflow optimization and automation.
Financial & Business Management
- Manage account budgets, cost control, and profitability.
- Support financial forecasting and performance monitoring.
- Strengthen senior stakeholder relationships to ensure aligned business priorities and delivery success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
- 12+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, creative production, or global delivery leadership.
- Strong background in BPO or agency operations.
- Experience with content and creative workflows, including artwork and DAM.
- Hands‑on experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.) and digital asset systems.
- Proven track record managing global teams and delivering complex programs.
- Experience with P&L, budgeting, and account performance management.
