Senior Learning & Development Specialist

Job Description

The Learning Offer Business Partner (LBP) owns and manages one or more learning offers within a learning portfolio. This role partners with business and HR stakeholders to translate capability needs into scalable learning solutions and is accountable for the full learning lifecycle, from design through deployment and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering & Strategic Alignment

• Act as a trusted learning partner to business and HR stakeholders.
• Identify business priorities, capability gaps, and target audiences.
• Translate needs into learning objectives and roadmaps.
• Position learning solutions as business-driven enablers.

Learning Offer Management

• Own and manage learning offers within a portfolio.
• Oversee the full lifecycle: define, design, deploy, run, and improve.
• Execute learning roadmaps aligned with portfolio strategy.
• Ensure solutions remain relevant, scalable, and future-focused.

Solution Design & Delivery

• Coordinate design, development, deployment, and evolution of learning solutions.
• Partner with SMEs, L&D teams, and Centers of Competence to ensure quality and learner-centric design.
• Promote global applicability and inclusion.

Stakeholder & SME Management

• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, sponsors, SMEs, and delivery partners.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the learning journey.
• Collaborate across L&D, HR, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning teams.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor engagement, satisfaction, adoption, and impact metrics.
• Evaluate business outcomes and capability growth.
• Use data, feedback, and benchmarks to continuously improve learning solutions.
