Senior Accounts Receivable Associate
Job Description
As a Team Manager you will be expected to:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze Accounts Receivable aging and past-due balances.
- Contact customers through calls, emails, and account statements to secure payment.
- Track and manage Promise-to-Pay commitments and resolve non-payment issues.
- Support customer portal management for major retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, and Costco.
- Investigate and resolve EDI failures, deductions, disputes, and invoice-related issues.
- Collaborate with Credit, Sales, Customer Service, and Cash Application teams to drive issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation, audit evidence, and compliance controls.
- Ensure SLA adherence and achievement of collection performance targets.
General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash processes.
- Experience supporting large retailers and customer accounts preferred.
- SAP knowledge required; HighRadius experience is a plus.
- Availability to support North American business hours.
