Responsibilities and requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality compliance.
- Design and execute change management strategies (stakeholder engagement, communication, training, readiness). [
- Define and manage project plans including timelines, resources, risks, governance, and KPIs.
- Integrate change management activities into project lifecycles.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to stakeholders.
- Facilitate client workshops to support project execution.
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and sponsors.
- Drive change adoption through training and capability development.
- Support transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Change Management in enterprise environments.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PROSCI, or equivalent.
- Experience in transformation programs and/or PMO implementation.
- Strong knowledge of project and change management methodologies.
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
