PM & Change Management Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a specialist with combined expertise in Project Management and Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead transformation initiatives in enterprise environments. This role ensures successful project delivery while driving effective change adoption across people, processes, and technology.

Responsibilities and requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality compliance. 
  • Design and execute change management strategies (stakeholder engagement, communication, training, readiness). [
  • Define and manage project plans including timelines, resources, risks, governance, and KPIs. 
  • Integrate change management activities into project lifecycles. 
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to stakeholders. 
  • Facilitate client workshops to support project execution. 
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Drive change adoption through training and capability development. 
  • Support transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Change Management in enterprise environments. 
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PROSCI, or equivalent. 
  • Experience in transformation programs and/or PMO implementation. 
  • Strong knowledge of project and change management methodologies. 
  • Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills. 
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. 
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio. 
  • Advanced English proficiency required.
