Order to Cash Process Consultant

Role Overview

As an O2C Transformation Consultant, you will actively participate in the analysis, redesign, and transformation of Order to Cash (O2C) processes for our clients. This role combines strong functional expertise, a customer-focused mindset, and a consulting approach, with the objective of improving and innovating new strategies, services and products. You design and implement new business and operating models and brings to life the organizations of the future. You develop customer insights, organizational knowledge and market perspectives.

You will act as a functional subject matter expert, with the ability to interact directly with clients, lead improvement initiatives, and ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with defined methodologies, policies, and service levels.

Responsabilites & Qualifications

Responsabilities:

  • Analyze, optimize, and standardize O2C processes (Collections, Cash Application, Disputes, Reconciliations).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client regarding operational follow-ups, improvement initiatives, and escalation management.
  • Lead and drive transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within the client environment.
  • Monitor process performance, identify deviations, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Manage complex, client-specific queries and requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely cash application, reconciliations, and achievement of cash collection targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation (policies, desktop procedures).
  • Identify opportunities for automation and technology enablement (ERP systems, digital tools).
  • Proactively escalate risks or significant deviations impacting cash forecast performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Order to Cash processes (Collections, Cash Application, Disputes, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
  • Previous experience in consulting roles (highly desirable).
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP and/or Oracle) (highly desirable).
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Valid visa to travel frequently to the United States (mandatory).
