Managing Business Advisor
Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple product and packaging innovation projects from concept development to launch for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client.
Main responsibilities:
• End-to-end project management.
• Provide end-to-end support for product and packaging innovation projects from
concept development, feasibility validation, R&D, business proposal and approval.
• Lead innovation project kick-off and facilitate discussions with all stakeholders to
ensure project team is aligned on the overall scope, timelines and objective.
• Coordinate and facilitate project discussions, including kick-off meetings, project
update meetings and lesson learnt sessions, ensuring all key decisions and updates
are cascaded to both stakeholders and team members.
• Regularly monitor innovation projects providing insights and recommendations for
ongoing improvements.
• Assess project delays, identify risks and propose accelerations to keep projects on
track.
• Ensure accuracy of information and collate all required inputs for completeness of
project documents and supporting materials.

• Proven experience in project management positions.
• Background in innovation project management within industries such as:
• Pharmacy R&D
• Supply Chain
• Marketing.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Highly developed soft skills.
• Proficient executing PM related exercises using resources as:
o Gantt Charts.
o Stakeholder matrix mapping and management.
o Risk analysis.
o Root cause analysis.
o Problem-solving
• Effective time management
• Experience working in innovation projects related to consumer packaged goods is
required.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strategic thinking capability.
• PM Certified in one or more:
o PMI
o PRISM
o PRINCE2
o AGILE
o Or any other PM certification
• Background interacting with international stakeholders.
• Experience leading projects in global accounts or companies.
• Proficiency with Martech, workflow management tools, such as MS Projects, Adobe
workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Veeva, Salesforce, Smartsheet or Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
