IT Consultant Technology Solution Owner
Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Global BSv IT Technology Solution Owner (TSO) team is responsible for creating end-to-end technology solutions for potential clients and existing engagements. The portfolio of applications handled by the team is extensive and covers all business areas, including IFAO, ICO, ISCO, IPO, and FS. To meet market and internal needs, the team is expanding and looking for motivated, technology-curious professionals to bring new capabilities and innovative ideas. This role focuses on technology solution design and support to sales processes, combining process and technology expertise.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Collect business and system requirements from clients and internal process teams.
- Design IT solutions and perform cost calculations based on input from Solution and Digital (CTIO) Architects.
- Respond to requests for additional information related to IT solutions.
- Represent the Global IT team in client presentations and workshops.
- Support engagements in defining optimal and cost-effective IT solutions for identified business opportunities.
- Drive standardization of IT solutions aligned with GPM across delivery centers and engagements.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Academic background in Information Technology or a related field (e.g. Computing Engineering, Systems Analysis, Computer Science).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative or equivalent roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network connectivity, application access solutions, and telephony environments.
- Good understanding of Capgemini organization and internal processes, with focus on GPM and ESOAR (desirable).
- Excellent documentation skills with strong attention to detail.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Fluency in spoken and written English; Spanish is an advantage.
