HR Customer Service / Helpdesk support

Job Description

This position focuses on HR Customer Service / Helpdesk support for employees through calls, chats, and emails. The role requires advanced english and strong communication skills.As part of the Local HR Services team, you will Assist employees with questions about HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general HR inquiries.

 Provide frontline support by offering clear, accurate, and timely information through multiple channels (phone, chat, email). Help resolve employee issues related to HR services while ensuring an excellent service experience.Maintain accurate employee records, support HR documentation processes, and assist with basic administrative tasks.

Ensure compliance with internal HR processes and standards.This is a customer‑centric role ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, has strong attention to detail, and can navigate HR topics with professionalism.
