Growth Marketing Specialist
Job Description
The Growth Marketing Specialist develops and executes programs that drive awareness, generate qualified leads, and accelerate opportunities through the funnel. This role owns daytoday campaign execution, reporting, and optimization across email, paid media, content, and website, ensuring strong alignment with booking goals set by GTM marketing operations team.

Responsibilities & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies based on buyer personas and industry objectives.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, webinars, events, and content syndication.
- Build and manage nurture programs to advance prospects through the buyer journey.
- Conduct market research, analyze target accounts, and contribute to business case development.
- Support creation of new industry offerings and value propositions, including AI-related initiatives.
- Execute campaigns through marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce).
- Monitor performance metrics, funnel progression, KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI; recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and design teams to create campaign assets (landing pages, emails, ads, guides, case studies, webinars).
- Perform A/B testing and optimize targeting, messaging, creative assets, and landing pages.
- Maintain and enrich marketing databases ensuring data quality and compliance.
- Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and trends in B2B demand generation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years supporting Media & Entertainment and/or Manufacturing clients.
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience focused on demand generation, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and campaign dashboards.
- Proven track record of executing campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
