Executive Assistant
Role Overview
The purpose and aim of this role is to handle multiple deliverables which are all focused on making time, information and decision processes more effective. An executive assistant works autonomously and does handle various administrative tasks. The administrative assistants provides support to management ranging from Junior to Executive level.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Handle time report approval and/or check on content in employer time report
- Handle time entry in time reporting system for spent time
- Administer and maintain T-ROOMs for the supported service line
- Create or contribute to project-related reports
- Manage compliance on reporting and reminders for missing updates
- Handle vacation planning/marking for a group of employees
- Presentation updates / editing
- Improve graphics and/or text in slides/documents/web
- Collate and distribute weekly or monthly newsletter
- Data entry
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification): Optional
- Graduate with minimum 2-4 years of experience as an administrative support resource
- Understanding of office administration
- Fluent English communication skills (Oral, Written & Presentation)
