Executive Assistant 1
Job Description
The purpose and aim of this role is to handle multiple deliverables which are all focused on making time, information and decision processes more effective. The executive assistant provides support to Heads, CxO such as (Chief Executive Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Operating Officers etc.)
Responsibilites & Accountabilites
Responsibilities:

E-mail (manage or sort incoming e-mail on behalf of the executive)

Make appointments / keep schedules

Plan meetings and events

Make travel arrangements including travel documentation, logistics and accommodation

Manage booking of venues for meetings and conferences

Handle expense approval and/or check on content in employer expenses

Handle expense entry for a person's expenses
Accountabilites:
- Graduate with minimum 4–5 years of experience as an office administrative assistant
- Good working knowledge through experience of office administration
- Fluent English communication skills (Oral, Written & Presentation)
