We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Marketing Transformation Manager to lead the creative team for a major telecommunications brand. The ideal candidate brings strong client services experience for large brands in creative and media management within an agency environment. This role owns flawless execution and establishes standards across geographies, with deep experience in marketing, MarTech, and Gen-AI led automation.
Role Overview You will drive the global marketing transformation pipeline, partnering with key stakeholders across the client organization. The focus is to advance the transformation agenda, provide thought leadership, and deliver measurable productivity gains.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify automation and Gen-AI initiatives that drive growth and productivity.
- Lead the design and implementation of new marketing operating models (people, process, technology, governance) for long-term outsourcing engagements.
- Optimize implemented operating models; work with senior client leadership to roll out transformational changes.
- Evaluate and streamline marketing processes to maximize efficiency.
- Lead implementations for new marketing workflows, technologies, and agile ways of working.
- Co-create capability strategies and plans across skills, processes, organization, people, culture, and technology.
- Design and deliver programs to close capability gaps (learning experiences, solution workshops, change management).
- Serve as a marketing transformation subject matter expert and ensure best practices.
- Foster a culture of continual learning, leadership support, and performance standards.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure focus on business initiatives.
- Establish repeatable blueprints for initiatives that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Client Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders for your work streams.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and address their needs proactively.
- Respond to non-standard requests, exploring all viable solutions.
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification)
- MBA preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years in a Big Four consulting firm or media agency.
- 5+ years in CPG and/or Telecom.
- 5+ years defining strategic roadmaps and leading transformations in complex environments.
- Deep knowledge of content and creative platforms, marketing automation, marketing analytics, and related MarTech.
- 3+ years of MarTech implementation that streamlined processes.
- Proven record evolving the MarTech stack and connecting capabilities to business priorities.
