Creative & Design Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results‑driven Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of creative marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client projects for large brands within an agency environment.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency. This role focuses on meeting project targets and deadlines, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are achieved according to contractual and client expectations, and maintaining consistently high service quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management, with the ability to coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and proactively address risks. As a key interface between teams and stakeholders, you will play an important role in driving fast‑paced projects to successful and timely completion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams—including creative, production, and strategy—to support project execution.
  • Track project progress, identify potential delays, and help ensure on‑time delivery of milestones.
  • Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and support the implementation of mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, status updates, and reporting.
  • Contribute to process improvements and workflow optimization within the team.

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in project management, preferably within a creative or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project).
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and content production.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
