Job Description

We’re looking for an Cash Collection & Applications Director to lead service delivery and client relationship management for a global Shared Services account. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay, and a strong track record in driving operational excellence and transformation.

The role will work closely with the Global Cash Collection and Application Platform, with responsibilities including:

• Managing cash collection from customers
• Providing cash flow forecasts (cash inflow) based on AR balances
• Overseeing the cash application process

What we’re looking for:

• 15+ years of experience in BPO or Shared Services
• Proven leadership managing large, cross-functional teams
• Strong background in financial operations and process improvement
• Experience leading digital transformation and change management initiatives
• Skilled in client engagement, stakeholder management, and identifying growth opportunities
• Committed to talent retention, reducing attrition, and fostering a positive work environment
• Willingness to travel internationally (minimum twice per year)
