Job Description
The Senior Process Associate is responsible for delivering high‑quality service to employees, managers, and internal teams by handling HR‑related inquiries, supporting administrative HR processes, and generating accurate operational and HR reports. This role will interact in English and Portuguese, providing consistent service aligned with company standards, procedures, and policies.
The analyst will support HR service delivery, monitor performance indicators, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement across HR and customer service processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- English: Advanced — written and verbal.
- Portuguese: Advanced — written and verbal.
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Service, Service Desk, HR Support, Shared Services, or related fields.
- Experience creating and maintaining reports in Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and handle escalations professionally.
- Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
