Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end packaging artwork projects from design to print production.
- Coordinate internal teams including Marketing, Design, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Act as primary point of contact with external agencies, printers, and suppliers across multiple time zones.
- Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, and ownership.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior stakeholders.
- Manage feedback cycles and minimize rework.
- Lead pre‑production meetings and manage escalations to closure.
- Support cost estimates, rate cards, and budget updates.
- Mentor junior Artwork Planning Leads and coordinators.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Project Management, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in artwork management, packaging, or project management within CPG/FMCG environments.
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end artwork, print production, and digital assets.
- Strong multi‑project management skills in fast‑paced environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred.
- Experience working with global, cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
