Your role
We are looking for a System Test Tooling Engineer with strong development and automation capabilities. This role focuses on building robust test tools and validation environments to support system-level testing, particularly in audio and communication domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test tools and applications using Python (beyond scripting) and C/C++.
- Design and implement automation frameworks and test pipelines for system validation.
- Perform system-level testing and debugging, including audio validation (SNR, THD, SINAD, Crosstalk).
- Work with A2B and MOST protocols for integration and validation activities.
- Develop and maintain Rest Bus Simulation, CAN and Ethernet-based test environments.
- Support validation of RF tuners (AM/FM/DAB/SXM) and multimedia/video systems.
- Use tools such as LabVIEW and TestStand for test development when required.
- Analyze results, debug issues, and ensure clear reporting and traceability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and proactively improve automation and testing processes.
Your profile
Required technical skills
- Strong programming in Python (tool/application development) and C/C++.
- Experience in test automation and tooling development.
- Hands-on experience with A2B/MOST and audio validation concepts.
- Experience with CAN, Ethernet, and Rest Bus Simulation.
- Familiarity with LabVIEW and TestStand.
- Exposure to RF tuners and video systems (plus).
- Experience with version control (Git).
