Tech Lead Mobile (Android & iOS) - Remote anywhere in México

Your role
As a Mobile Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of mobile developers working on both iOS and Android platforms. You will play a key role in driving technical excellence and delivering high-quality mobile solutions for our clients. In this role you will play a key role in:
- Leading and mentoring a team of mobile developers, providing technical guidance and career development support
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Overseeing the development of mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms
- Ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices
Your profile
- 4+ years of experience in mobile application development
- Proficiency in iOS (Swift/Objective-C/SWIFT UI)
- Proficiency in Android (Kotlin/Java/Retrofit/Jetpack compose)
- Experience leading development teams and managing project deliverables
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and development best practices
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating mobile applications with backend services

- Working hours: L-V from 9 to 19 hrs with 2 hours of lunch break
