Operations Manager

Role Summary:
As Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone of the AIE San Francisco team, working from Guadalajara. You’ll coordinate local workstreams, manage performance reporting, and ensure seamless execution across innovation programs. This strategic and hands-on role connects local delivery with global visibility, supporting Capgemini’s flagship innovation hub.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and align Guadalajara-based activities with AIE SF priorities.

  • Track and report KPIs, client interactions, and ecosystem engagement.

  • Maintain operational tools and ensure data accuracy.

  • Deliver executive-level updates and performance summaries.

  • Represent AIE SF in global operations forums and share best practices.

  • Ensure quality and consistency across all local deliverables.

Ideal Profile:

  • 5+ years in operations, PMO, or performance management in global environments.

  • Skilled in KPI tracking, dashboards, and enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.

  • Curious about emerging technologies like AI and innovation ecosystems.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and driven by precision and impact.

Job Description

An administrative coordinator is responsible for administrative and basic project management related duties while understanding the business context and environment of superiors. In addition to the administrative tasks described in an administrative assistant’s role, an administrative coordinator may be asked to work on specific reporting which requires analytical thinking and or gathering data from various places and people, prepare presentations, plan and organize events, write communication, and drive projects end to end.

High experience in the role. Performing senior executive support responsibilities. Driving initiatives on behalf of Superior such as: writing communication, contact with clients, research and working with financial data. End-to-end project execution capability and ability to propose improvement on the project. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The administrative coordinator provides support to executives, heads, CxO.
