Material Demand Analyst - Remote

YOUR ROLE

As a Material Demand Analyst, you will act as an end‑to‑end owner of material demand, spares, and repairs coordination within complex industrial environments. You will support operational performance, contractual compliance, and material availability across spare parts and repairs processes, while ensuring regulatory and Export Control compliance.

You operate with significant autonomy, proactively identify risks, resolve operational blocking points, and contribute to performance improvement in regulated, service‑oriented supply chain environments.

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 3 years of experience in Material Demand Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Order Management, or Operations Support.
  • Experience in highly regulated and complex industries such as: Aerospace & Defense, Aviation/MRO, Automotive or Industrial Manufacturing.
  • Proven experience working under contractual service level and performance-based agreements.
  • Solid working experience with SAP MM.
  • Advanced Excel skills (analysis, tracking, reporting).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational actions.
  • Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills in operational and escalation environments.
  • Experience with operational reporting tools and KPI dashboards is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in English.
