MARKET INTELLIGENCE AND EMERGING TECH ANALYST

Role Purpose:
Serve as the innovation radar for the team, identifying and analyzing emerging trends in AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent systems. Translate complex technologies into actionable insights that support client engagements and strategic decision-making.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze emerging tech trends, especially in AI and intelligent systems.

  • Conduct startup research and ecosystem scans using platforms like PitchBook, Tracxn, and Crunchbase.

  • Co-develop thought leadership materials (briefs, reports, industry analyses).

  • Prepare executive-ready materials for client visits and engagements.

  • Collaborate on showcases and storytelling assets with the San Francisco team.

  • Maintain ecosystem intelligence (events, partnerships, collaborations).

  • Continuously explore new tools and frameworks for tech and market analysis.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 3–5 years in market research, tech analysis, consulting, or innovation strategy.

  • Strong curiosity and working knowledge of AI and frontier technologies.

  • Proficiency with startup research platforms.

  • Ability to synthesize technical topics into clear, executive-level insights.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

  • Fast learner with strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.

  • Collaborative mindset and passion for emerging technologies.

In addition to the administrative tasks described in an administrative assistant’s role, an administrative coordinator may be asked to work on specific reporting which requires analytical thinking and or gathering data from various places and people, prepare presentations, plan and organize events, write communication, and drive projects end to end.
