Junior Change Management Engineer (Remote in México)

Your role
In this role, you will be part of our engineering team working on medical device projects, focusing on supplier transfer initiatives and design change management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring quality and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful engineering solutions.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Developing and executing qualification plans for supplier transfer projects, including verification testing to ensure product quality and compliance
- Managing Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) through the complete lifecycle
- Creating comprehensive design packages including technical drawings, specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOMs)
- Collaborating with suppliers to communicate requirements, resolve technical questions, and ensure successful implementation
- Driving verification activities for transferred components and overseeing First Article Inspections (FAIRs)
Your profile
- Good conversational English skills (B2, C1, C2)
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with knowledge of medical device development
- 0-1 years of professional experience relevant to the role. (Junior level)
- Understanding of Medical Device Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory processes
- Experience reading and interpreting engineering specifications, technical drawings, and Bills of Materials
- Ability to manage design change projects and documentation in a regulated environment
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
