Jr/Mid Budget & Planning Analyst - Remote in México

Your role:
-You will participate in the budget management for approved spend, forecast spend, actuals and remaining budget
-You will work with the Vehicle & Propulsion Controls department to define planned spend for Direct Labor, deliverables, and proto parts
-Maintain the Budget & Planning Database (approved spend, forecasted spend, actual spend and amount remaining by program)
-Create Monthly Reports
-Maintain supplier documentation including existing Purchase Orders, Purchase Orders expiration dates, residual balance
-Follow-up with providers, on invoices to verify payment approval

 
Your Profile:
-Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent 
-1-3 years of experience in Budget coordination and Management
-Advanced English communication, able to present
-Experience working with Data Analysis, Excel and Power BI

Job Description

This role involves the development and application of engineering practice and knowledge in the following technologies: Design of mechanical systems, devices, equipment and machines; installing and maintaining mechanically functioning equipment; simulating a wide range of interactions and evaluate performance in real world scenarios; and develop prototype for manufacturability, testing and validation.
