Junior Automotive Quality Engineer

Join Capgemini Engineering to drive product excellence and cross functional quality improvements within an automotive program. We’re seeking a proactive, data driven professional with junior experience in Quality who loves solving tough problems and delivering results that delight customers.

YOUR ROLE:

As Junior PMO Quality Engineer, you will be involved in the following activites:

• Perform root cause analysis for product and process quality issues using structured problem solving methods.

• Define and implement corrective actions that are cost effective and permanent, and verify their effectiveness.

•  Manage engineering changes with cross functional teams to ensure timely, robust implementation.

• Drive product validation and testing to confirm robustness before full rollout.

• Represent Voice of the Customer across teams and provide concise updates to stakeholders and leadership.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor Degree in Automotive Engineering or similar Mechancial, Mechatronics, Aerospace, etc.
• Advanced English both spoken and written.
• Experience in Automotive (preferably Product Development)
• Knowledge or experience in Quality management, Quality metrics (ISO, IATF, CpK, AMEF, Control Plan)
• Ability to collect and synthesize data into meaningful information and communicate clearly to all levels of the organization
• Self-directed, team oriented with demonstrated planning/problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in a hybrid scheme from Client´s plant in Saltillo.
