DevOps/Toolchain for automotive (Remote anywhere in México)

Your role
Looking for a high energy, enthusiastic DevOps /Toolchain Engineer for automotive environments to join the Tools group to develop and maintain tools and systems for our organization.
- General maintenance and support
- Administer, configure and setup new projects in ALM tool
- Administer, configure, setup new users in problem management tool
- Manage tool upgrades, improvements, and vendor-released fixes
- Administer and configure license servers
- Troubleshoot tool issues, train & mentor users, etc.
- Facilitate workshops between development teams and 3rd party vendors
- Support tool testing and verification; support tools deployment
- Aid with other activities such as exit checklist, license tracking, and managing tool user groups, etc.
- Support tool proof-of-concepts (POCs) and R&Ds
- Establish strong relationship between process and development teams across multiple departments to ensure alignment with tools and process usage
Your profile
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent of education and experience Skills
- Analytical skills

- Troubleshooting skills to diagnose problems and come up with effective solutions
- Displays positive “can-do” attitude.
Knowledge and Abilities:
- At minimum:
- At least 2 years working in automotive industry; installing and maintaining commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) engineering tool chains; administering and configuring license servers
- Experience working on server administration and client server architecture
- Experience working with configuration management tools (e.g., Bitbucket, PTC Integrity)
- Object-Oriented Programming, Java, and C# (Sharepoint)
- Experience creating custom tools and utilities (scripts)
- Experience with supporting/administering the following tools: continuous integration, ALM tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, PTC Integrity, IBM DOORS, SBM, Jenkins)
- Administrative experience managing GitHub enterprise
- Ability to use the GitHub REST API or CLI to automate administrative tasks like repository creation or user auditing.
- Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO26262, Agile, requirements management, and test management
Nice-to-have (extra) skills:
- Experience with source control, defect tracking, test frameworks, and other similar tools
- Knowledge on vehicle network communications (e.g., CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet)
- Experience with communication and debug tools (e.g., CANdela, CANoe, Greenhills)
- Experience with static and dynamic analysis tools (e.g., QAC and Polyspace)
- Experience with Cybersecurity ISO21434
- Experience in software development and agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
