Automotive Program Manager Jr - Remote

YOUR ROLE

You will act as the Program Manager for complex automotive programs within the Driveline/Transmission systems family. You will be accountable for program execution from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, timing, and strategic business objectives while serving as the primary technical and program reference for your component family

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related Engineering field.
• 2-3 years of experience in automotive industry.
• Proven experience in Program or Project Management within automotive product development.
• Strong exposure to Driveline/Powertrain systems, particularly transmission‑related components.
• Solid understanding of system development and product life‑cycle processes.
• Knowledge of financial and cost management.
• Good communication and executive level reporting.
• High cross cultural awareness and experience working in global environments.
• Proficient in English.
