Experienced Scrum Master with deep domain expertise in capital markets driving delivery of complex initiatives across trading risk regulatory and front Toback transformation program s Proven track record of working with cross functional teams ensuring predictable delivery and aligning technology outcomes with strategic business objectives in fast paced financial environments
Someone who can lead Agile delivery enable high performing teams and ensure alignment with delivery risk and regulatory frameworks
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies Sprint Planning Daily Standups Reviews Retrospectives
- Act as a servant leader to drive Scrum adoption and team effectiveness
- Identify manage and remove impediments impacting delivery
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness
- Track and report Agile metrics velocity burndown sprint progress
- Promote continuous improvement and ensure adherence to governance standards
Your Skills
- 09 years of IT experience with 6 years as a Scrum Master
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks Scrum Kanban SAFe
- Handson experience with tools like JIRA Confluence or Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage risks dependencies and cross team coordination
- Scrum certification CSM PSM SAFe and experience in banking financial services preferred

- Work with teams to improve delivery predictability quality and operational efficiency
- Ensure appropriate planning for data governance compliance and operational readiness activities
