Job Title: Project Manager/Scrum Master

Location: Glasgow

Role Overview

Experienced Project Manager with strong domain expertise in Capital Markets, delivering complex initiatives across trading, risk, regulatory, and front-to-back transformation programs. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, ensure predictable delivery, and align technology solutions with strategic business objectives in fast-paced financial environments.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role

Core Expertise

• Project Delivery: End-to-end delivery (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Capital Markets: Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX
• Trade Lifecycle: Front-to-back (pre-trade, execution, post-trade)
• Regulatory Programs: MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd-Frank
• Risk & Analytics: PnL systems, risk platforms, market data systems
• Stakeholder Management: Traders, Quants, Risk, Operations, IT
• Financial Management: Budgeting, planning, and resource allocation

Your Job

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and dependencies
• Coordinate across business and technology teams for seamless execution
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Traders, and SMEs to define requirements and priorities
• Ensure alignment between project outcomes and trading & risk business objectives
• Provide regular status reporting and insights to senior leadership
• Drive governance, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
• Support and embed Agile practices while maintaining delivery accountability
