About the Job you are considering:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Crime Programme Manager to coordinate and oversee a portfolio of Financial Crime initiatives across the business. This role will act as the central point between business stakeholders and change delivery teams, ensuring demand is effectively managed, prioritized, and delivered in line with strategic objectives
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role
- Manage and coordinate Financial Crime change demand across multiple delivery teams and tribes.
- Ensure requirements and deliverables are clearly articulated and understood.
- Facilitate prioritization, planning, and scheduling of initiatives with delivery stakeholders.
- Maintain a consolidated view of programme and portfolio delivery.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple projects.
- Provide governance, reporting, and executive-level updates.
- Drive communication and collaboration between business, technology, and change teams.
- Influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure alignment of all initiatives with business strategy and regulatory objectives.
Your Skills
- Extensive experience in Programme Management, Portfolio Management, PMO, or Change Management.
- Experience within Financial Crime, AML, KYC, Compliance, Risk, or Regulatory Change environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience managing cross-functional dependencies and competing priorities.
- Excellent governance, reporting, and communication skills.
- Strong risk and issue management experience.
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Banking or Financial Services experience.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, MSP, Agile, or equivalent.
- Experience working within large-scale transformation or regulatory programmes.
