Your Role

Capgemini Financial Services is seeking an experienced Data Analyst with Alteryx & Tableau as core skills. This role is based in Glasgow and follows a hybrid work model.

 

  • Data Hydration Support: Collaborate with Product Owners Business Stakeholders and the Technical Team (Shared Services CRDU Tech etc.) to ensure timely data hydration.
  • Dashboard Creation: Develop Management Information (MI) dashboards to support the operations team. Stakeholder Management: Communicate events blockers progress and updates to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work with product owners business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document detailed business and data flow requirements.
  • Data Extract Creation: Generate data extracts on demand efficiently and promptly.
  • Risk & Controls: Implement appropriate controls and highlight risks in a timely manner.
  • Accountabilities: Implement data quality processes to ensure data reliability and trustworthiness.
  • Investigate and analyze data issues related to quality lineage controls and authoritative source identification.

Your Profile

  • Strong experience as a Data Analyst with Alteryx & Tableau as core skills.
  • As a Data Analyst with CRDU Analytics you will support and enhance the operations of the Client Reference Data team.
  • Leveraging your technical expertise, you will provide data and insights to drive decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Execute data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis.
  • Design and build data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques including machine learning and AI to solve complex business problems.
  • Document data quality findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyst Expectations: Impact the work of related teams within the area.
  • Take responsibility for the end results of a team’s operational processing and activities.
  • Escalate breaches of policies/procedures appropriately.
  • Embed new policies/procedures adopted due to risk mitigation.
