CORPORATE EXPERIENCE - INVENT ACCELERATE GRADUATE PROGRAMME
WHAT IS THE CORPORATE EXPERIENCE ACCELERATE PROGRAMME PATHWAY?
The Corporate Experience (CE) pathway of the Accelerate programme is designed for talented individuals, passionate about devising innovative and sustainable strategies across a range of industries and structuring how an organisation operates to deliver on its strategy.
Our core capabilities – Strategy and Business Architecture, Value Strategy and Modelling, Operating Model and Organisation Design, Finance Transformation – seek to address our end-to-end corporate and technology-focused transformations from strategy through to operating model.
The Accelerate Programme consists of 2 parts:
- The Institute (circa 3 months)
- The CE Academy (circa 18 months)
Your first 3 months of the Accelerate Programme will be spent within The Institute, where you will learn core consulting skills and gain a broad understanding of everything we do at Capgemini Invent within a feed-back rich environment.
YOUR ROLE
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Strategy & Business Architecture: defining an organisation’s vision and aligning it with their overarching business objectives. Adapting business models for success in a changing industry and identifying the capabilities required to execute a strategy.
- Value Strategy & Modelling: building financial models to evaluate transformation initiatives, quantify business benefits, and assess commercial viability
- Operating Model & Organisational Design: organising resources and structuring an organisation’s components to deliver their strategy and business model.
- Finance Transformation: developing and implementing new tools, technologies, or ways of working in the finance function of organisations.
YOUR PROFILE
Applicants should possess some, or all of, the following:
- A natural curiosity in end-to-end enterprise transformations and an inquisitive mindset to learn about our primary offerings
- A desire to operate in a fast-paced environment alongside senior stakeholders to articulate the value of transformations to our clients
- The ability to effectively communicate and simplify complex ideas in a digestible and accessible way for our clients
- A logical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrates proactivity and ownership, working collaboratively with others to support team objectives and goals
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced work environment
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE
Your first 3 months of the Accelerate Programme will be spent within our industry-leading learning experience called The Institute. Here you’ll gain core consulting skills and a broad understanding of our work at Capgemini Invent within a feedback-rich environment. You’ll be learning on the job by developing and applying new skills in an internal setting. You are supported in your development by a network of dedicated buddies, coaches and people managers. Weekly learning and development activities provide additional opportunities to develop core consulting skills and become client ready.
Following the Institute, you’ll transition into the Academy. The CE Academy places a strong focus on supporting new consultants in their journey to develop their skills and capabilities. Through diverse client work you will develop an understanding of organisation design, financial literacy and industry dynamics.
During the programme you will have the opportunity to gain professional qualifications of your choosing. You will benefit from a wide array of learning opportunities and can select from a suite of accreditations.

NEED TO KNOW
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
Note: You will have lived in the UK for the last three years with no more than 6 months out of the country (in order to meet security clearance requirements). You may be required to work away from home during the week after the initial training period.
