Senior SAP Consultant (S/4 for Fashion/Retail)

YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Consultant SAP S/4HANA Fashion / Retail, you will lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions for fashion and retail clients, focusing on end-to-end business processes and industry best practices. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through transformation initiatives, system implementations, and optimizations while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to business development.
- SAP Solution Advisory & Design: Analyze business needs and design end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Retail/Fashion solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Project Delivery Ownership: Lead or contribute to implementation workstreams, including configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Retail Functional Expertise: Deliver solutions across the retail value chain (merchandising, supply chain, pricing, finance, and omnichannel).
- Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership: Act as a key client contact, lead workshops, and mentor junior consultants.
- Business Development & Innovation: Support presales, contribute to proposals, and stay current on SAP innovations and retail industry trends.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience & Expertise: 6+ years in SAP Retail and/or SAP S/4HANA Fashion with strong functional skills (Merchandising, Article Management, Pricing, Promotions; CAR/POS integration is a plus);
- Project Delivery: Proven track record in full-cycle SAP implementations, rollouts, or transformation programs;
- Retail Business Knowledge: Solid understanding of fashion/retail processes (seasonality, assortments, replenishment, omnichannel);
- Consulting & Stakeholder Skills: Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities;
- Additional Strengths: SAP certifications and Activate methodology preferred; exposure to related SAP solutions is a plus; fluency in English required, with French or German considered a strong advantage.
