Senior Business Analyst (SAP)

YOUR ROLE

• Lead business analysis activities across SAP transformation initiatives, ensuring clear and complete requirements definition;
• Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams in a complex delivery environment;
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications;
• Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business processes, particularly in SD, Finance, Manufacturing, or Logistics domains;
• Support testing phases, data validation, and go-live readiness in a fast-paced program.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on SAP projects, ideally including S/4HANA transformations;
• Strong expertise in at least one SAP domain: SD, Finance (FI/CO), Manufacturing, or Logistics;
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in demanding client environments;
• Fluent in French and strong proficiency in English;
• Structured, proactive, and able to navigate in large transformation programs.
