SAP Senior Consultant (PP)

YOUR ROLE

As an SAP PP Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions to optimize production planning and manufacturing processes across the enterprise.

  • Requirements Gathering & Workshops: Collect business requirements and lead Explore/PP workshops independently to define production planning processes and validate solutions;
  • Design & Configuration: Configure S/4HANA PP processes including demand management, material requirements planning (MRP), production orders, capacity planning, shop floor control, and integration with MM and QM;
  • Documentation & Testing: Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts; manage SIT and UAT phases for PP scenarios;
  • Cutover & Go-Live Support: Drive cutover activities (migration of master data such as BOMs, routings, work centers), deliver end-user training, and provide hypercare support post go-live;
  • Integration & Collaboration: Work closely with integration teams (MM/PTP, QM, EWM, FI/CO) and IT for interfaces, IDocs, and Fiori apps related to PP

YOUR PROFILE

  • 8 + years of experience in SAP PP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations, with solid understanding of Fiori roles and core PP applications;
  • Strong knowledge of production planning processes (DM, MRP, BOMs, routings, work centers, capacity planning, shop floor)
  • Experience in PP integration with external systems via SAP PO (Process Orchestration), including defining functional interface requirements, collaborating with PO/PI teams, and validating end‑to‑end data flows (IDocs, APIs, RFC, etc.);
  • Proven experience in Variant Configuration (VC): ability to design configuration models, manage mission‑based project work, propose solution designs, and work autonomously while being a strong solution driver;
  • Hands‑on involvement in SIT/UAT, cutover (BOMs, routings, work centers), end‑user training, and hypercare support;
  • Experience with PP/DS is a strong plus;
  • Fluent in French and English.
