YOUR ROLE

As an SAP QM Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and developing SAP S/4HANA solutions to optimize quality management processes across the enterprise.

  • Requirements Gathering & Workshops: Collect business requirements and lead Explore/QM workshops independently to define quality processes and validate solutions;
  • Design, Configuration & Development: Configure S/4HANA QM processes including inspection plans and characteristics, inspection lots for procurement, production and stock, quality certificates, results recording, defect logging, and usage decisions;
    Develop custom enhancements (ABAP, CDS Views, BAPIs, BADIs) and Fiori apps to support QM functionalities;
  • Documentation & Testing: Prepare functional and technical specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts; manage SIT and UAT phases for QM scenarios;
  • Cutover & Go-Live Support: Drive cutover activities (migration of inspection plans and quality data), deliver end-user training, and provide hypercare support post go-live;
  • Integration & Collaboration: Work closely with integration teams (MM/PTP, PP, EWM, FI/CO) and IT for interfaces, IDocs, and Fiori apps related to QM; ensure smooth collaboration between functional and technical streams

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven expertise in quality management processes such as inspection plans, inspection lots (procurement, production, stock), results recording, defect management, usage decisions, and integration with MM/PP/EWM; ability to design and configure end-to-end QM scenarios;
  • Ability to read ABAP debug traces, develop or enhance custom objects (BADIs, BAPIs, user exits), manage IDocs/interfaces, and create CDS Views or Fiori extensions to support QM functionalities;
  • Hands-on experience in SIT/UAT testing, cutover planning (migration of inspection plans and quality data), end-user training, and hypercare support during go-live phases;
  • Fluent in French and English, with strong attention to detail, autonomy, and collaborative mindset.
