Lead - Future of Global Capability Centers (GCC, GBS) with French

YOUR ROLE

As a Lead for Global Business Services (GBS) & Global Capability Centers (GCC), you will grow Capgemini Invent’s GCC & GBS agenda in Switzerland. You will act as a trusted advisor to C suite and senior executives, shaping strategies and leading complex transformation programs from vision to execution.

 

The GBS and GCC landscape has evolved from cost efficiency to value creation, innovation, and strategic enablement. Swiss‑headquartered multinationals increasingly rely on GCCs and GBS organizations to scale digital capabilities, secure scarce talent, and drive enterprise‑wide transformation. As a result, clients are rethinking location strategies, governance, talent models, and the use of AI, automation, and data to create future‑ready global centres.

 

You will be accountable for client impact, team leadership, and business development, while collaborating closely with Capgemini’s global delivery, technology, and industry experts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise Swiss and international clients on the design, setup, scaling, and transformation of GBS and GCC organizations
  • Lead large scale transformation programs covering operating models, governance, sourcing strategy, service portfolio design, and performance management
  • Support clients in addressing talent scarcity, productivity, and resilience through global delivery and location strategies
  • Shape and deliver AI enabled GBS and GCC roadmaps, including intelligent operations, automation, analytics, and platform based delivery models
  • Integrate capabilities across SAP S/4HANA, cloud, data & AI, process mining, and automation to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Build long term trusted relationships with Board members, CXOs, and senior functional leaders
  • Facilitate executive workshops and decision forums, translating strategy into actionable transformation roadmaps
  • Lead business development activities in Switzerland, including proposal ownership and deal shaping
  • Contribute to thought leadership, market points of view, and client events on GBS, GCC, and Global Operating Models
  • Build, mentor, and inspire high performing consulting teams in Switzerland and across Europe
  • Actively contribute to capability building, knowledge assets, and community development within Capgemini Invent

YOUR PROFILE

  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in GBS, Shared Services, GCCs, or Global Operating Model transformation, ideally within a top tier consulting or advisory environment
  • Proven track record in leading complex, multi country transformation programs and delivering measurable value
  • Strong understanding of Swiss and European client environments, including regulated industries
  • Deep expertise in GBS/GCC strategy, operating models, governance, sourcing, and performance management
  • Solid exposure to digital transformation, including AI, automation, analytics, ERP and platform based delivery models
  • Excellent executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English and French required
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to grow client accounts and market presence
