Your Role
Our Intelligent Industry team in Switzerland is looking for a Senior Consultant / Consultant in Supply Chain Management to join one of our offices (Zurich or Geneva).
Your Tasks
- Network design & optimization (production and distribution)
- Warehousing & fulfilment solution
- Material flow analysis and optimization (internal and external logistics)
- Intelligent distribution logistics
- Spare parts and service management
- Optimization of business processes and systems (business process reengineering)
- Efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT
Your Profile
- Academic excellence: Master’s degree in engineering, Science, Technology, or related fields with outstanding academic records
- Industry knowledge: Knowledge of WMS tools for warehousing, SAP EWM for logistics and transfers, SAP APO, PP, PP/DS, or ANAPLAN for planning, and ARIBA for procurement. Knowledge of process design, optimization, and implementation for supply chain management
- Consulting experience: Up to 5 years of management consulting or project experience in digital transformation, supply chain management, or logistics in Life Science, Consumer Products & Retail, Manufacturing, or High-Tech sectors. Exposure to project management for complex transformation projects using agile frameworks and tools is preferred
- Conceptual talent: Structured work capacity and high analytical skills to solve complex problems with a positive mindset and enthusiasm. Lateral thinking and ability to bridge technology, strategic evaluation, and practical implementation. Eagerness to learn, adapt to uncertain situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills
- Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills
- Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity)
