Senior Target Operating Model Consultant

YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Target Operating Model (TOM) Consultant, you will lead the design and implementation of a sustainable operating model that enables platform adoption at scale through Platform-as-a-Product and self-service principles.
- Lead the definition of the target operating model, ensuring alignment with platform strategy, organizational objectives and governance requirements;
- Design operating frameworks covering roles, responsibilities, decision rights, interaction models and service ownership across business and technology teams;
- Define and document platform services, governance mechanisms, support models and operational processes to enable sustainable platform operations;
- Collaborate with platform, security, operations and application teams to drive adoption and validate the TOM through onboarding and migration scenarios;
- Establish KPI frameworks, service objectives and governance structures to monitor performance and continuous improvement;
- Deliver recommendations and adoption strategies that enable scalability across business units, functions and geographies.
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience designing and implementing Target Operating Models within large-scale transformation or platform modernization programs;
- 1 year experience on AWS Cloud technology is mandatory;
- Strong understanding of Platform-as-a-Product, self-service operating models, service management and organizational design principles;
- Experience defining governance frameworks, RACI matrices, decision rights and operating processes across multiple stakeholder groups;
- Ability to bridge business and technology teams, translating strategic objectives into practical operating models and processes;
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
- Fluent in English and French; experience in financial services.
