Cloud Security Expert (AWS, IAM & Security Architecture)

YOUR ROLE

As part of Capgemini’s Financial Services practice, you will advise clients on securing their cloud transformation initiatives and help design modern, scalable, and compliant security architectures across complex enterprise environments.

As a Cloud Security Expert, you will act as a trusted advisor and technical leader, supporting the definition of cloud security strategies, target architectures, and governance frameworks while ensuring security is embedded throughout the transformation lifecycle

• Define and promote cloud security architectures, standards, and best practices aligned with business, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Design target security architectures covering Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), cloud security controls, and security governance.
• Assess existing environments and recommend modern security solutions, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Support cloud migration and modernization programs by integrating security-by-design principles and scalable governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, infrastructure teams, and technology partners to address security challenges and architectural decisions.
• Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and knowledge transfer to delivery teams and client stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Security Architecture, Cloud Security, or Enterprise Security roles.
• Proven expertise in AWS security architecture, cloud security services, and security governance within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), authentication, authorization, and access governance solutions.
• Solid understanding of cloud security frameworks, regulatory compliance requirements, risk management, and security operating models.
• Experience defining target architectures, security blueprints, technical standards, and implementation roadmaps for transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working in consulting environments; experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services is a plus.
