Transformation Director (AI, Enterprise)

Your role

In this role, you will act as a Transformation Director, partnering closely with the Head of AI & Analytics to drive large-scale, multi-year transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for translating strategy into execution, orchestrating complex change across project plans, operating models, and people, while ensuring delivery of measurable business outcomes.

This is a hands-on transformation leadership role, where you will have direct exposure to senior executives and a tangible impact on growth, efficiency, and service delivery. It goes beyond coordination — you will actively lead and shape the transformation journey end to end.
 

Your tasks

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale enterprise transformation programs.
  • Translate strategy into a clear transformation roadmap with milestones, KPIs, and value targets.
  • Drive operating model evolution including governance, processes, and reporting.
  • Establish and run executive‑level program governance (steerco, risks, dependencies).
  • Integrate multiple workstreams into a single execution cadence.
  • Own business cases, investment governance, and benefits realization.
  • Track and report delivered value across cost, productivity, quality, speed, and experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, leading alignment, communication, and adoption.

Your profile

  • 15+ years of experience leading large‑scale enterprise transformations or complex programs.
  • Proven delivery with executive visibility and measurable P&L or value impact.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise operating models, managed services, and technology‑enabled transformation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in governance, benefits realization, and change management.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and align senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to simplify complexity into clear, decision‑ready insights.
  • Background in application services, IT services, or managed services (preferred).
  • Formal program or change management certification (an advantage).
