Transition Manager (with German)

Your role

As a Transition Manager you will be engaged in multiple projects during the tender phase, where you will work on proposals by creating and estimating transition plans and working as part of a Bid Team. You will have the opportunity to lead and execute transitions from clients or vendor to Capgemini.

Your tasks

• planning of service transition during the sales process;
• preparation of the transition plan and estimation of costs, as well as presenting those to the client;
• management of the project taking over the service from the client or incumbent provider;
• full responsibility for the project including planning, budgeting, execution, and control; 
• management of project team including technical experts;
• communication and reporting of the project status for internal and external stakeholders on different levels;
• close cooperation with the client.

Your profile

• you have experience as a Project Manager in projects of different sizes and complexity, especially in IT area;
• you have experience in managing international project team;
• you have PMP® and/or PRINCE2® certifications or experience with Waterfall projects;
• you have knowledge of Agile methodology;
• you have great organizational skills
• you are a self-starter, able to act under pressure and good at communication on different levels; 
• you speak advanced English and German;
• you would like to grow in the role of a Transition Manager.
