Transformation Senior Director (RTR, Finance)

Your role

You will lead finance transformation initiatives in the Controllership (Record to Report) space, shaping and delivering impactful change for leading organizations. By combining your process expertise, technology knowledge, and consulting skills, you will guide clients through complex transformation journeys—from strategy and solution design to implementation—while working closely with senior stakeholders and internal teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Your tasks

• Lead finance process and technology transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery of outcomes
• Design and deliver initiatives including target operating models, process improvements, automation, and ERP implementations
• Provide expert recommendations to enhance processes and support client transformation journeys
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to drive the transformation agenda and deliverables
• Support and guide project teams and Transformation Managers throughout delivery phases
• Identify and promote technology-driven improvements, including RPA and digital solutions
• Contribute to business development, shaping and selling transformation opportunities
• Build and apply knowledge of Capgemini methods and assets (e.g., DGEM, S/4, ESOAR)

Your profile

• You bring extensive experience (12+ years) in finance transformation with strong end-to-end knowledge of Controllership / R2R processes
• You have a track record of leading complex transformation programs with full accountability for scope, budget, timelines, and teams
• You confidently engage senior stakeholders, drive workshops, and present compelling transformation narratives
• You combine strong consulting capabilities (analysis, storytelling, facilitation) with a focus on delivering business outcomes
• You understand GBS/SSC/BPO models and can design and implement solutions across industries
• You have experience with ERP systems (S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or Oracle) and finance technologies (e.g., BlackLine, Trintech, Workiva, Celonis, RPA)
• You bring expertise in process mapping, transformation methods, and technology maturity assessments
• You demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, innovation focus, and strong communication skills in English
