Technical Leader (IT Operations, Oracle CRM)

Your role
You will combine hands‑on technical operations with team coordination responsibilities in a production‑critical environment. In this role, you will spend most of your time resolving incidents, problems, and service requests while supporting the stability and continuous improvement of an Oracle CRM platform. You will also guide less experienced team members, help prioritize operational work, and collaborate closely with international stakeholders and offshore teams. The role offers strong exposure to enterprise‑scale IT operations and a clear development path toward a Service or Technical Lead position.
Your tasks
- resolve incidents, problems, and service requests in line with ITIL practices;
- perform root cause analysis and drive long‑term production stability;
- provide operational support for Oracle CRM environments;
- use SQL for diagnostics, analysis, and troubleshooting;
- participate in patching, upgrades, and maintenance windows;
- support service transition activities at an initial level;
- coordinate daily work with offshore teams, especially teams based in India;
- support knowledge sharing and development of less experienced team members.
Your profile
- hands‑on experience in IT operations or application support in an enterprise environment;
- good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Service Request Management);
- strong SQL skills for analysis and diagnostics;
- experience with middleware and system integrations nice to have;
- initial leadership or coordination experience;
- confidence working in an incident‑driven production environment;
- proficiency in Hindi and good understanding of Indian culture;
- very good communication skills in English.
